Directors, Dan Oaker and Adam Clark began First Fix Installations in 2002 after a successful partnership within the construction industry dating back to 1998. During that time they were working in the dry-lining industry under the watchful eye of Ray Budge. Ray, who predicted that the pupils would one day become the teachers, is currently employed by First Fix.

The directors have a hands-on approach, they can be seen on-site getting their hands dirty, whilst ensuring that targets are met and that contracts are delivered on time and on budget.
